Shipping Policy

When purchasing from Whisker Dreams, most items will be shipped within 3 days (72 hours) of placing the order if not sooner unless an item in the order is a "made to order/ Custom" product. Then the order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready. 

Handling times: 

  • Most items ship within three days (72 hours) of order placement if not sooner. 
  • Made to order/custom items will normally ship with in 6 - 8 days of being placed. 

Shipping Methods Available: Please note all times listed below are the average shipping times presented by their respective postal service. Once the item is in transit with the postal service chosen, Whisker Dreams cannot re-direct or cancel the order. A return must be done. 

  • USPS Priority Mail (Avg 2-3 days)
  • USPS Priority Express Mail (Avg 1-2 days)
  • UPS® Ground (Avg 1-5 days)

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Made to order items are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@whiskerdreams.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1620 S Pomona Ave, Unit C24 Fullerton CA, 92832

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Package/ Lost in transit
If an item is marked as delivered but not received or lost while in transit, please contact store@whisker-dreams.com so I may help look into the situation with the postal carrier, and work out the best resolution I can for you. 

Item shipment is unable to be completed due to bad address/user error:
If a shipment is returned due to a bad address or error on the user side, I will reach out to you for direction on how it is preferred that this order is handled.

  • If still desired to be received, I will reship the order at my chosen shipping method (cheapest/slowest option) unless a new label is paid for by the customer.
  • If the order is to be cancelled, I will refund the order aside from the shipping label cost. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made to order/customized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, made to order, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
