Shipping policy

When purchasing from Whisker Dreams, most items will be shipped within 3 days (72 hours) of placing the order if not sooner unless an item in the order is a "made to order/ Custom" product. Then the order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready. 

Handling times: 

  • Most items ship within three days (72 hours) of order placement if not sooner.
  • Made to order/custom items will normally ship with in 6 - 8 days of being placed.

Domestic Shipping Methods Available:
Please note all times listed below are the average shipping times presented by their respective postal service. These do not include pre-shipment handling times.
Once the item is in transit with the postal service chosen, Whisker Dreams cannot re-direct or cancel the order. A return must be done. 

  • No Tracking Available* - USPS First Class (avg 3-5 business days)
  • USPS Ground Advantage ( avg. 2–5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (Avg 2-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Express Mail (Avg 1-2 business days)
  • UPS® Ground (Avg 1-5 business days)

* Make sure to review the Shipping policy on No Tracking item if lost in transit. 

International Shipping Methods Available:
I am currently offering the following for international shipments. Please note that these are averages and will vary depending on customs and third party shipments and do not include pre-shipment handling times.  

  • USPS First Class Package International (" Varies by Destination" but Avg 2-3 weeks) - No tracking once is leaves the US Border
  • USPS Priority Mail International (Avg 1-2 weeks)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International (Avg 1 week)
  • DHL Worldwide (4 - 8 business days. Rest of World: 8 - 14 business days.)

Any additional charges incurred by international shipping (like Tariffs) will need to be paid by the customer. 

Once the item is in transit with the postal service chosen, Whisker Dreams cannot re-direct or cancel the order. A return must be done.
